Pissed Customer is the problem this time! I tried to submit an answer to your request to update information on my problem with Find A Grave.

You wanted to know what product I bought--well, Find A Grave is FREE information that is now harder to get at because they changed their website and there is no phone number to call to talk with them directly. BUT, when I tried to submit my answers to you, a pop-up said that I could not use special characters. What special characters?

All I did was type words. Is this not at least 100 words??
