That shows alot of class. Angry Consumer is a much better description. My respect for your company has diminished. Why do you continue to send renewal reminders long after the subscriptions have been renewed?
Are your departments so far behind that they cannot post a renewal when it has been completed and paid? Computers are great sources for recording----do you need one?
I enjoy your magazine but am frustrated by the repeated reminders to renew my subscriptions. I realize you like customers to have several years of renewal posted to their accounts but Give me a break!!
