Pissed Consumer is a complete racquet. This website exsists solely to force companies to pay fees in order to respond to complaints.
I work for a company that has a few complaints that are completely false. I contacted Pissed Consumer so that I could respond to the complaints and reach out to the customers. I was asked to pay a membership fee to join, and then pay a fee every time I wanted to respond to a customer.
Complete rip-off. They should take a look at themselves in a mirror and realize that what they are doing is wrong.
