I go on the site. I see complaints, that's all good.
However, there are no standards. It's just a rant without resolution. A consumer is mad so they post. Perhaps later the complaint was resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
There is no mention of this. Hence, I find this a a very unreliable source of credible information. Very misleading to other consumers and totally unfair to those companies that take care of their business. Solutions to these types of complaints often come at a later time and often they are not valid as in lack of service or quality but often because the consumer upon finding they are in error and therefor not getting what "they want" not what they "thought" they bought causes frustration and discontentment.
I never complain unless I offer a resolution. Pissed Reports needs to offer a resolution section from the companies and when or if the complaint is satisfied remove it.
