We tried to remove and/or dispute a "consumer review" on Pissed Consumer. The review was written by a customer who does not exist (i.e. we had never done business with anyone with the customer's name). Additionally, the claims they made were absolutely false. Pissed Consumer does not check ANY facts about the postings on their site nor do they even do a basic email check to see if the "consumer" is using a real email address.
Why would they do this you ask?
Because they want to "sell" you on an arbitration service to resolve the issue with the Pissed Consumer that they cant even contact because they do not require contact info to post on their "legit" site.
It is all a scam.
