Powerhorse is made and distributed by Northern tool Powerhouse is made by us for keystone Automotive LLC and NTPSTAG the correct number for Powerhorse is 1-86*-***-**** Please get this corrected as we get tons of calls a day.

Poor customer service

It took sever attempts to contact living social customer service. The only way to request assistance, is through the pissed consumer site which is worthless. I needed a contact number for the vendor of my massage voucher. The site did not provide any information. In fact there was No Response whatsoever. This business site is worthless as is their non-existentcustomer service.

Confusion?

I seriously believe you need to clarify how your star rating works on your site. I see low overall reviews for a company Eg.Cricket Wireless - yet when I review the detailed reviews, many of those with 4-5 stars text reviews tell horrible experiences. I would expect those to be more 1-2 stars. Some folks seem to be thinking the higher the stars - the worse the experience - that I believe negates your intent. Please clarify this with the instructions when s review is entered. Im betting youll have much higher accuracy. Thx

Pissed Consumer - Can’t sign into account

I have set up an account with you my username is my email account paul.d.shelherd@***.com. After immediately creating the account I cant access it.It says invalid user I/d or password.

I have tried to change my password and it says invalid user I/d again. Can you please help so I can start to use my account ?

The review of the company I was supposed to write about got confused

Pissed Consumer's review pages got mixed up and instead of staying with the news provider, I was given a list of smoker business options to choose from. I stopped right there and tried to just forget the review altogether. I really don't think a third party intervention into my dealing with the news service was necessary in the first place.

I was lucky to have found Pissed Consumer. It seemed Thane Direct USA needed me to open an account before completing the shipping. Pissed Consumer, having forwarded my message, got the delivery within two days. It's a decent product but it was somewhat of a hassle getting it.

I got this pissed consumer website by searching for Amazon Canada cust service number they did not have the correct number called it got dead line, and now all they do is blow up my email worst thing ever

They solved my problem.

I couldnt get a person at Discovery + to help with my login problem. This website enabled me to reach the company.

Refund for cancellation

I finally got my refund back from Hopper thank you to Pissed consumer!!! It worked. I tried everything to get my money back I even did a dispute through my credit card company. It was unsuccessful. I am glad pissed consumer reached out to me because once I posted the comment publicly, I received an email from Hopper regarding the refund and I got it!

I found this company to be a waste of time and effort I mistakenly pressed your company online thinking I was going to Amazon have to fill out a whole form against Amazon on your company I immediately stopped went to Amazon and like the last 15 or so years I would say their customer service is closer to 100% great then it is 99% grade I consider your company a mistake
