shein sent me a package with a different adress and name than mine was so my package said delivered but i had nothing. i didnt know who to contact because they only have the robot communication, i tried instagram, emails i found online everything !!!pissed consumer saved me - shein contacted me within two weeks and gave me many options how we will handle this situation! thank you pissed consumer!

Pissed consumer is awesome!
Swivel sweeper broke just 10 days after purchase. I tried several times to contact the company. No response. A month later, I contacted pissed consumer and the next day they contact me. Pissed consumer is awesome! Now that the company was in contact, they agreed to resolve issue and mail me a new sweeper.

Use Pissed Consumer to get through to customer service
I had difficulty getting ahold of Shein's customer service regarding a return. The only customer service offered is a chat with a robot who can't offer any help beyond FAQ's. Very frustrating. Finally got an email from a REAL representative after I used Pissed Consumer.

I would really just like to yell from the rooftops just how much I love and appreciate what this platform/company... what pissed consumer offers for users just like you and me to safely use to get issues resolved that would otherwise not be given the time of day! So, since I'm not in a position to donate funds to an extremely worthy company at the moment, I thought I would try to leave a kick *** review! This site has ALWAYS been what gets me the outcome I was seeking!
