The site contains numerous threads that contain personal attacks and inaccurate, abusive and obscene material that is posted to harass and defame innocent members of the public. Such material has nothing to do with consumerism".
When such attacks are reported they are ignored/. The owners of pissedconsumer have allowed their website to become a haven for those who wish to use a public space to attack others?. Such behavior should not be tolerated in a civilized community|. Worse than a graffiti wall because PC hides behind a veneer of self righteousness!.

If not then move on to the next post. The world of forums really is a sift for gold enviroment. You can find a lot of great information, however, you get a large amount of distasteful conduct and untruths along the way. Cleaning up forums isn't as simple as you would think. As a few have mentioned before the rate at which people post new comments and threads is much faster then what a realistic sized group of moderators can probably keep up with. Sure you could have a larger group... but I am not paying anything to be here right now are you? who would pay them? Remember you get what you pay for. ANd I have to agree with Satan on this... if you really don't like it "don't let the door hit you on the way out" |

Written by mysticunicorn on December 18, 2011 from varnville, south carolina, US I agree with you Xtremely Annoyed but in fairness I have to say that as much obscenity, personal attacks, profanity, defamation, etc. as there is on all these threads-it would be a losing battle trying to squash it and clean it all up because it's put on here faster than it could be deleted. I think they should consider having a moderator covering several threads with comments subject to review before being posted and any post that had things in it that didn't meet the stated requirements just simply wouldn't make it on here but I know that's probably never going to happen because it makes sense and because it would take a lot of time and effort. I guess the best thing to do is avoid this site all together or just take what others say in stride and move on. Nothing here is really worth getting upset about. There is such power and relief in having the ability to just navigate off this site LOL. Life's too short to waste on things that don't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Good luck on your endeavors regardless of what you choose to do. |
