After filling out the online acct reset a dozen times (or maybe it was this post) I finally got a reply and was able to post the language required by my settlement. All is well. Life is good.

I am in the middle of a settlement that includes removing my complaint from this site. I cannot remember the account name and password I used to first make my complaint.

I have used the contact page multiple times and sent a letter to company headquarters with no response from either for more than two weeks. My settlement terms are in jeopardy of being in breach of agreement.

Odd that I am complaining about the website designed to offer a forum for complaint resolution.

I would appreciated it very much if someone from Pissed Consumer would respond with a way to reset my username and password. 12951cf
