I understand the need for Pissed Consumer.com. It gives customers a right to express their opinion about being mistreated by companies. But, not every customer is right and some people will just never be happy and that's just life. So, when a company finally makes it right by resolving the issue with the customer, Pissed Consumer.com will not allow the customer to delete the review even after it was resolved!! This is absurd! The point is to express opinions, but what if the company had no idea the customer felt this way and rectified the situation, now the company has to live with a horrible complaint which appears on google's top two pages and that is ridiculous!!! It's up the customer if they want to delete the complaint, why must the company suffer when they have made the problem right!! This website is flawed and should not be given the right to ruin company's reputation because they cannot delete the complaint and the company doesn't even have the warning or the ability to really defend their side of the story!!! Their should be a website that write reviews about bad customers, because if you have ever worked a day in your life, you know that people can be very rude for no reason!

Please, when you look at a review for a company, don't just assume this ONE complaint is the entire reputation of the company. Investigate further and even ask the company about it, they may be right in that situation! 1294f4b

when you think about it, it's really no different than complaining to five of your friends, who then pass it on to five of their friends, who pass it on to five of their friends, on so on and so on. how would you take that back? you can edit your original complaint and explain that the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction but the fact that you had a problem with whoever in the first place should be a warning to others that this company may try the same thing with them. I'm not familiar with pc.com's policy but have seen other complaint sites that tell you if you post to their site, your post becomes their property to use as they see fit. or you could think before you post.
