Please, when you look at a review for a company, don't just assume this ONE complaint is the entire reputation of the company. Investigate further and even ask the company about it, they may be right in that situation! 1294f4b

Written by wilson on January 31, 2012 from -, -, US when you think about it, it's really no different than complaining to five of your friends, who then pass it on to five of their friends, who pass it on to five of their friends, on so on and so on. how would you take that back? you can edit your original complaint and explain that the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction but the fact that you had a problem with whoever in the first place should be a warning to others that this company may try the same thing with them. I'm not familiar with pc.com's policy but have seen other complaint sites that tell you if you post to their site, your post becomes their property to use as they see fit. or you could think before you post. |
